Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Mike: We will not meet Oct 27 and Nov 3,10,17 due to summits.

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No report.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser Contract review:
- Bob: We have received a code drop.
- Mike : I have not tested it yet.
- Bob: Atul has submitted BUG163.
  - This needs to be classified Friday.
- Bob: One question is whether to distribute to the 6 source code licensees.
- Mike: The regression tests run with TCL?
- Bob: Jon Powell started that.
  - Other developers might not have maintained it.
- Mike showed regression test output from ibischk 6.0.1.
- Mike: This has been run by Atul.
  - It shows differences in some tests.
  - He might be looking at this.
- Bob: We can't assume that.
  - He has not delivered the spreadsheet.

IBISCHK Documentation:
- Mike: This will be updated when we get a new spreadsheet from Atul.
